Information for Presenters

A. Oral Presentations

Format:

• Plenary presentation slot will be 45 minutes long, which should include a 40-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes of questions and answers.
• Invited presentation slot will be 30 minutes long, which should include a 25-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes of questions and answers.
• Oral presentation slot will be 15 minutes long, which should include a 12-minute presentation followed by 3 minutes of questions and answers.

 The schedule of the conference will be strictly maintained, so you are strongly encouraged to ensure you have enough time to deliver all the content within the allocated time slot.

On the day of your presentation:

Please note that personal laptops are not allowed to be used for your presentation.

You are kindly asked to pre-load and test your presentation file with the computer session at latest during the break before your session to allow technical check.

If you have videos embedded in your presentation, you are strongly encouraged to test whether they will play correctly well ahead of your session.

B. Posters

During the FGTC22, a session will be dedicated to paper posters presentation.

Paper Posters

Paper posters have to fit the following dimensions:  90 x 115 (approx. A0) in vertical Portrait format.

Please insert in your Poster, the E-mail of the presenters, to facilitate further communication.

Poster presenters are asked to make themselves available during the allocated poster sessions to discuss their posters with conference participants.
