Sponsors registration
A. REGISTRATION

First it is mandatory to create an account. Click on the "Connexion" button at the top right of the conference website page. If you are not already registered, click on "Créer un compte" and follow the procedure.

When your account is created, in "Espace Connecté" you will have the possibility to register in "Mon inscription" by filling the form.
Description of the types of sponsorship :
1. Platinum
- Your logo on the welcome page of the FGTC website.
- A description of your company, and your logo on the sponsor session of the FGTC website.
- Your logo on all the documents of the conference
- Your logo on the slide of presentation of the conference
- Your flyer in the bag distributed to the attendees
- A few lines (50 words) of presentation of your company in the booklet of the conference
- Sponsor one poster session or a coffee-break
- 2 registrations including the banquet and the accommodation
- One booth
- Fees: 2 800 € VAT
2. Gold
- Your logo on the welcome page of the FGTC website.
- A description of your company, and your logo on the sponsor session of the FGTC website.
- Your logo on all the documents of the conference
- Your logo on the slide of presentation of the conference
- Your flyer in the bag distributed to the attendees
- A few lines (50 words) of presentation of your company in the booklet of the conference
- Sponsor one poster session or a coffee-break
- 1 registration including the banquet and the accommodation
- One booth
- Fees: 2 000 € VAT
3. Silver
- Your logo on the welcome page of the FGTC website.
- A description of your company, and your logo on the sponsor session of the FGTC website.
- Your logo on all the documents of the conference
- Your logo on the slide of presentation of the conference
- Your flyer in the bag distributed to the attendees
- A few lines (50 words) of presentation of your company in the booklet of the conference
- 1 registration to the banquet
- One booth
- Fees: 1 250 € VAT
4. Bronze
- Your logo on the welcome page of the FGTC website.
- A description of your company, and your logo on the sponsor session of the FGTC website.
- A few lines (50 words) of presentation of your company in the booklet of the conference
- 1 registration to the banquet
- One booth
- Fees: 850 € VAT
B. PAYMENT
Payment will be made by bank transfer (Bon de commande) to the ARMIR association bank account number below.
